📣 🌈 We #SayGay: Allyship Matters – Now More Than Ever 📣 🌈

We need you.

We need the support of ally coaches and business owners now more than ever.

2022 is a particularly dark time for the LGBTQIA+ community.

There is more anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation being introduced and passed across the country every day.

LGBTQIA+ youth are under attack.

Parents of LGBTQIA+ youth are under attack.

LGBTQIA+ teachers and teachers of LGBTQIA+ youth are under attack.

LGBTQIA+ athletes are under attack.

Parents and kids and teachers and athletes and other LGBTQIA+ folx…

who are just trying to live their lives like anyone else

who are scared and suffering (often in silence)

who know that their livelihood-- and their very lives-- are at risk.

Pride Flag

And we see you.

The allies who care

The ones who are paying attention

The entrepreneurs who are willing to learn and step into proactive allyship for the LGBTQIA+ community

And we are asking for...

Your time

Your attention

Your intention

Your donations

Your advocacy

We are offering our signature Allyship in Action training on a free / donation basis for anyone who wants to attend and learn more about how to show up for LGBTQIA+ folx in your life and business.

After this training, you will walk away with not only eye-opening (and life-changing) information and education, but you will be better equipped to show up for the LGBTQIA+ community in your life and serve the LGBTQIA+ community in your business.

Join us on Thursday, April 14th, at 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST for our 90-minute Zoom workshop, We #SayGay: Allyship Matters – Now More Than Ever.

If you want to...

  • Raise awareness of your blind spots and biases around the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Learn how allyship can and should be a proactive practice

  • Further your cultural competence and help you better understand the unique experiences of LGBTQIA+ folx

  • Gain the knowledge, language, and actionable steps to begin creating affirming spaces for clients and loved ones

  • Step into leadership as a Proactive Ally

  • And SAVE LIVES

Then we will see you there.

Pride Parade Overhead

We believe in Queer Magic. Queer tenacity. Queer resilience.

We believe in moving beyond LGBTQIA+ acceptance into LGBTQIA+ empowerment.

Your queer clients deserve to be understood.

The LGBTQIA+ community deserves not only to be accepted, but to be fully embraced for all that we are.

Your allyship matters to us.

How you show up, speak up, and hold space matters.

True Allyship cannot be achieved in 90 minutes.

This conversation is meant to be the beginning, the first step, in an ever-evolving and beautiful journey. Whether you're brand new to Allyship, or you've been fighting for our community since the beginning, Allyship must evolve through time.

Our hope is that in the midst of so much nuance, each of our individual experiences, and all the feelings that come up, everyone can get something out of this time together.

Together, we will explore the reality of queer history. — because the LGBTQIA+ community has always been here.

We will learn about the context in which many LGBTQIA+ folks still experience the world, and we will talk about mental health, trauma, and the unique challenges that the LGBTQIA+ community faces to this day.

We’ll create a basic understanding of different identities and orientations, covering  relevant terminology. This information is not for you to memorize, but for you to familiarize yourself with and open your eyes to other perfectly valid and beautiful ways of being in the world.

We'll talk about why true Allyship is so important and discuss the ways in which it can actually save lives.

We don't know everything, but we've experienced firsthand how important allyship has been in our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

We, too, are committed allies who are dedicated to keep listening and learning from others in our community who have had different experiences... and our invitation is just this: come talk. Let's learn and grow together so that our next generation of queer kids have more people in their corner.
